Amber Slaughter brings over 10 years of experience in various leadership roles. In those roles she has gained a wealth of knowledge that allows her to relate to the environment and challenges of her clients. Amber's approach to coaching focuses on each client's personal ambitions, goal and unique strengths. Success is defined by the client and guided by me as your coach. Coaching is about finding what works or connects for each person to help them to uncover, develop and utilize their inner strengths to achieve personal and professional success.

Amber completed her Masters Certificate in Executive and Business Coaching from University of Texas at Dallas and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Belhaven College. Amber is a member of the International Coach Federation and has obtained her ACC designation.
